Visitor statistics & privacy.

How visitor counts are measured

The homepage displays the number of recorded browser sessions since the counter was activated, plus recorded sessions for the current Asia/Seoul calendar day. These numbers do not represent unique people, historical visits before activation, or verified human-only traffic.

The site stores one anonymous counter event in an existing Vercel Blob store for a new browser session. A 30-minute first-party HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie prevents repeated counting within that interval. The event is an anonymous browser-session record; for events from 2026-11-01 R9 onward only the initial page pathname (without URL query parameters) is additionally included. IP addresses, user-agent strings, email addresses and names are not written to the visit-event objects. Session entry pages are not full pageview statistics.

Browsers with Do Not Track enabled can read aggregate counts without creating a new event. Cookies may still be used for session control on counted visits. No guessed or simulated visit values are shown if the counter is unavailable.
