We examine a D–T tokamak architecture without superconducting conductors in which Gaussian spectral control, three periodic phases on T3, solid-torus plasma geometry, and a passive Möbius polarisation path act on a common RF-to-plasma energy ledger. The analysis incorporates resistive toroidal and poloidal magnets, finite-cross-section coils, temperature- dependent copper losses, current-profile matching, boundary-control fitting, RF resonance and a plant-scale electrical balance. We preserve the exact interior Grad–Shafranov construction, the finite-bandwidth RF optimisation, the certified rational dual bounds for selected finite-coil models, and the geometric shape derivatives and singular Green-kernel calculations. R15 certifies the infinite-dimensional high-frequency inverse of the fixed-boundary leading-log operator and derives a sharp robustness limit for the stipulated RF current-capacity profile. R16 proves invertibility of the entire infinite-dimensional reference leading-log boundary operator, quantifies a local neoclassical-closure incompatibility and provides sharp same-scenario electrical headroom. R17 computes an actual-to-reference finite Jacobian comparison, proves direct low/high Schur and finite robustness criteria, establishes a quantitative positive kinetic moment counterexample and three-port control rank obstruction, and closes explicit current-drive and cooling-electricity thresholds for the single R10 finite-coil power ledger. Finite matrix inverses, sampled boundary fits and logarithmic Fourier estimates are verified in their expressly specified domains; they are not extrapolated to a full function-space existence proof. Different candidate power scenarios are kept distinct: a 700-m3 conditional algebraic model, a 1200-m3 finite-coil surrogate … [source excerpt; see full PDF]
