We investigate finite-time spin-dependent forces for trapped-ion control by combining Gaussian spectral filtering, three-phase torus coordinates, closed oscillator trajectories, and signed-axis equivalence. Within the explicitly defined Hamiltonians, exact statements include prescribed-order zeros of modal displacement, nonzero geometric-phase constructions, and finite-model bounds for noise and verified-ancilla circuits. The analysis extends to a Coulomb- consistent five-ion, fifteen-mode harmonic spectrum and examines RF-Floquet sidebands, digitally sampled waveforms, six-direction recoil calibration, and the associated electrical and optical interfaces. Analytic identities and reproducible computations are distinguished from physical device performance, which depends on independently measured electrode fields, laser transfer functions, scattering processes, and logical-channel noise. Keywords: trapped-ion quantum computing; Gaussian control; multimode spectral closure; RF-Floquet dynamics; Raman optics; verified-ancilla error correction; device interfaces.
