We investigate a four-tool integrated photonic interferometer combining Gaussian wavepacket control, three-path T 3 phases, ring resonances and dual-rail Möbius mode exchange. The manuscript presents constructive ideal-unitary designs, exact loss and photon-capture bounds, Fock-space source and Bell- record statistics, a six-residue photon-number witness, and finite-energy Kerr-meter limitations. The distinction between exact identities of a specified optical model and a verified fabricated quantum processor is maintained throughout. A new detector-hardware audit benchmarks published non-superconducting InGaAs/InAlAs photon-number resolving operation at 200 K: 46% efficiency, 7.5 × 10−3 dark-event probability per gate, a 104.7-MHz electrical gate and a 26.2-MHz optical test repetition rate. The same study reports 21% afterpulsing at this operating point, which is not represented by the independent- Poisson dark-count surrogate. Under the existing independent four-port loss/dark model, using that dark probability changes the ideal-oracle five-resource clean-sector posterior from 99.06636% to 70.33165%. We derive a sharp analytic target frontier in detector dark counts and remote photon survival and validate it by independent Monte Carlo. Optical and RF port maps, reproducible scripts, traceable actual component photographic references and an explicitly synthetic assembly visualization provide an engineering handoff. The complete four-tool chip, photon-number-dependent QND module and fault-tolerant logical processor have not been fabricated or demonstrated; no physical 100% success claim is made. The two AI-generated concept plates in the illustrative appendix are entirely non-evidentiary; their apparent instruments and measurements are fictional.
