Original abstract excerpt
A 64-sector solid-state lithium-metal cell with a Li6PS5Cl electrolyte, NMC811 composite cathode, annular electronic connections, and independently controlled feed channels is analyzed through one coupled framework. Gaussian source regularization, T 3-periodic electrolyte homogenization, annular/solid-torus conductor topology and an insulated Möbius-inspired differential routing are used as mathematical and engineering tools, not additional material forces. Exact results include passive-network current-mode attenuation, nonnegative inverse-source feasibility and Gaussian-port bounds, a heterogeneous-sector pointwise current limit, optimized conductor mass under a specified power-loss cap, nonlinear transport comparison bounds, rate and inventory constraints, and positive two-lane Faradaic current lifts for a specified reference geometry. An independent 100-mm annular three-dimensional finite-volume Butler–Volmer problem is separately solved with nonlinear inverse-source, energy-balance and grid checks, whereas certain earlier fixed-state current margins remain unreplicated previously reported model outputs and are not experimental claims. The selected annular radii are 25 mm (inner) and 50 mm (outer), and areal charge is 3 mAh cm−2. Segmented aluminum positive current collection and copper negative current collection correct the conceptual assembly’s incompatible full-plane insulation and unqualified positive-side copper contact. Energy accounting combines an intrinsic Butler–Volmer/ionic necessary-loss floor with a globally optimized 100-mm auxiliary-power envelope and a 3D finite-volume positive thermal comparison; it excludes the inherited high-power multi-DAC scenario from the specified 95% round-trip screening target. A new three-dimensional vector-elastic, … [excerpt; full PDF linked below]
